Describe what role you play at your company?

As a Lab Technician for Line Support, I work on all internal and external lab batches for my group, test all paint properties on batches that are made and report the results, help Technical maintain the group's 5 S program, maintain and restock the Technical raw material room, spray panels using hand-spray and spraymation and perform other duties as assigned.

What do you like best at your company?

I love the company because it is a great place to work and I certainly believe that there is a lot of potential for growth in the near future. I equally love the interaction with my co-workers in the Technical lab.

What do you like most about your job?

I like the level of communication, involvement and respect that I get from my immediate boss and Technical as a whole. I get to be involved in weekly meetings, training and open communication, which give me a clear sense of direction and help me do what is required of me by my boss.

What skills or personal traits do you have that contribute to your success?

I have over 12 years of production, chemical and paint lab experience that I strongly believe contributes to my success at NPA Coatings. I am equally a great team player and a self-starter.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

When I am not at NPA Coatings, I love to shoot pool and play soccer.
