Describe what role you play at your company?

I am an Account Manager in charge of the Honda business. I am involved with every aspect of the relationship with the customer and line of communication from NPAC to Honda from scheduling and pricing to problem solving. I work with all groups at NPAC to make sure they understand the customer's needs and the customer understands what we are doing.

What do you like best about your company?

Seeing the company succeed while overcoming the challenges a growing company faces from establishing business, expanding manufacturing areas, all while maintaining a great environment to work in with a lot of exceptional people.

What do you like most about your job?

I really enjoy getting to work with so many different people, topics and challenges. I also like that I have gotten to work in various areas of the company allowing me to learn the different angles of the business from starting in the warehouse, working in the blending department and scheduling department to, being the production supervisor, and now being part of the sales team.

What skills or personal traits do you have that contribute to your success?

Caring about what I do. I have always believed that you have to truly care about whatever it is you are doing and give it your all.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

I enjoy running, being active, and spending time with my wife, kids and friends.
