Describe what role you play at your company?

I'm a traffic coordinator responsible for getting our products to our customers in the most efficient way possible. I basically provide the logistical link between our products and our customers. This requires that I work together with our suppliers, our freight forwarders and our customers.

What do you like best about your company?

It provides a dynamic, challenging atmosphere that allows me to fully utilize my skills. You never know what challenges are going to come up each day when you are moving large quatities of product across the globe.

What do you like most about your job?

I get the most satisfaction from my job by making sure the products get to be where they're needed when they're needed. It's a process that links our customers in one part of the world to products made in another part of world.

What skills or personal traits do you have that contribute to your success?

Throughout my career here at NP-USA and previously in a similar role at American Express, I've been successful in acquiring the techical knowledge needed to ship many types of goods around the world. I've also developed the strong communication skills needed which have allowed me to develop a close network with my counterparts at the customer, the supplier or the freight forwarder. This experience allows me to make sure that our customers receive their products on a timely basis.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

Well, I'm an avid NY Yankee's fan and an avid NY Giant's fan. I love watching sports and spending time with my family who are also huge fans.
