Describe what role you play at your company?

Currently I am the lead of the 3rd shift production team. My role is to make sure that batches are completed in the times given, be it blending or filling. If they are not completed, I help to figure out why and eliminate the hurdles that may hinder the day to day operations.

What do you like best at your company?

The best thing about NPAC is being part of a rapidly growing company and being someone who helps continue the growth.

What skills or personal traits do you have that contribute to your success?

I have a very strong work ethic and am willing to do what is necessary to make sure that the job gets done and done right.

What do you like to do when you're not at work?

I love going to punk rock concerts, drawing and getting tattooed, playing music and watching movies. Unfortunately I am also an avid Cleveland sports fan.
